Contractor payments made with credit cards, debit cards, third-party payment account systems will not be reported when you prepare your 1099 forms. These type of payments is reported on 1099-K forms and your financial institution or the company is responsible for filling them. As soon as you get W-9 from your vendor, enter the information into their vendor profile in QuickBooks Online.
